Here I am again at High Cube food district trying out some snacks, and oh by the way my cousin (Vanessa) ordered this Nachos. Not me. I ordered Chicken Goreng for myself. Albeit not a fan of Nachos but we will give it a review still.
When my cousin ordered Nachos at GUAPITA (which offers Mexican Foods) a few minutes after it was then delivered, not hot nor cold, because it's a snack. All of it's ingredients were prepared already its just there to assemble the whole plate to be serve. But hey, wait! Something is missing the "cheese" which appears in the previous post of High Cube's FB Home Page on February 5. Hmmmmm... if something is missing in the plate they should have told my cousin they ran out of cheese or "maybe" dissolved the idea of adding cheese in. π€π‘π π
The Nachos located at 1 o'clock appeared to have some cheese on top, but when we ordered the same. Yes, it's missing!

And here it is...
Nacho chips were savory, cuminy and crunchy, laid as an underliner topped with sauteed ground beef properly rendered and it's oozing with beefy essence but a little greasy, the meat on the other hand was way too salty and too cuminy (not sure if this is how Mexicans do properly season their meat for this type of snacks) with its small diced green and red tomatoes accompanied with sweet tomato sauce/salsa ("This salsa traditionally has Chiles de Arbol, tomatoes, garlic, salt and water" - more likely used in spaghetti, although it's spicy, but it appeared to be sweet not sure if this is totally authentic or instead they used tomato sauce with the addition of sugar to sweeten nor sweet tomato sauce as is, to suit in for the Filipino tasting) and sour cream/mayonnaise to counter it's salinity which is present on the beef to make it more balanced.

It would have been made flavorful if they added cheese when we ordered it!
Overall, I like the snack, but having said that the meat was over seasoned the sauce made quite a little redemption on its overall character. Still, you get the Mexican taste in this type of streetfood.
