Ninth Dish:
Pan Seared Salmon
I've heard some rumors about good food at EAT RIGHT 212°F (located at Roxas Ave, General Santos City) which serves pretty well - helping their diners to be physically fit through getting the right amount of foods that is packed accordingly with just the essentials our body needs, along with their "meal plan" that could drastically change the way their customers switch into their diet concerning about health and wellness, reducing unwanted intake of too much sodium, carbohydrates and fats (lard) at the same time serving what's only necessary but still delicious foods in its category.
I think the owner by profession were a Dietitian or a Nutritionist, perhaps I am not sure though but according to their meal plan and dishes they are serving it was a much healthier version as it appears.
The "owner", which I haven't got the chance to make conversation with --- once said... "They already had customers that already getting slimmer by what this restaurant is serving them for a couple of years now and for some had some positive health improvements too". In the same reason for by which they offer a multitude of foods which helps their customers to "only eat what's right" and that also helps them to get physically fit and healthy, that is why I got this idea to try their foods.
Did you know?
Did you know?
That this restaurant is one of the best, because everything is newly cooked, this means you are sure to get what's best from them not to mention the number of diners that are patiently waiting even if it costs them time for more or less than 30mins. With this fact alone I can tell this is worth the wait!
Note:
This is a pork free restaurant. They are only serving fish and chicken as their source of protein.

Of course, we are in pursuit of good food and flavor indulgence, so I ordered PAN SEARED SALMON as my starter to fill me in and ask for hot water to brew my green tea which happens to be present in my bag, later they gave me with an extra calamansi and a tbsp brown sugar.
Let's see... Itadakemasu! 😋
...and oh by the way! They offer brown rice (it's your choice if you prefer brown rice over white rice, but for me I'd choose the brown rice - they will be asking you what will you prefer though) instead of white rice in every dish to accompany your main course with.
Judgment time! 🤓🤔😋😈
Their Brown rice is perfectly cooked while having medium chewy in texture.
This Pan Seared Salmon also has:
»semi hint of sweetness from sauteed onions
»dried parsley gives a zing of freshness
»subtle hint and fragrance of red bell peppers
»the umami richness of salmon was thoroughly preserved without using any violent flavors to season and pair it with
»this pan seared salmon has slightly crispy outer layer (meat part) and having succulent meat. Well done and still moist inside.
»the only downside is having a "little" fishy smell, which is, well... acceptable anyway. This is the result of having fresh frozen marine produce which resulted to a little fishiness that comes thru. Why did I just figured it out? The answer lies between the fragrance and it's spoilage state. The freshest catch would only be briny when you smell the whole fish not "fishy". Fishiness was the aftermath of being passed through or under the state of its rigor mortis.
Note:
They served this salmon with a soy-vinegar dip. A Filipino staple dip paired with a foreign (Western) touch of Pan Seared Salmon's delicate flavours.

I also love the sauteed vegetables (carrots, lettuce and cabbage). Raw to Medium well and still has body and crispness and on top of that it is slightly seasoned to savor its natural deliciousness and sweetness.
This photo was taken during 3-4hrs after daybreak. See that beautiful natural light that comes in to that stunning plate of deliciousness. 📷👌😉
Meal... DONE!
I just love what was served to me. I enjoyed the meal and checked the overall doneness and flavorings. Well done and balanced. Perfect to start your day having a good amount of fish with a mouthful of fresh garden veges.
Delicious! 👍😋
